Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods such as cigars or other consumables.
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., T-shirts with specific designs or names).
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]  and we will guide you through the process.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing period, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.
